They will work closely with the rest of the site team and offer support as needed.This position is based in Cochrane, ON.SudburyResponsibilitiesProject Administration

  • Prepare electronic timesheets based on field timesheets.
  • Input timesheet data into SAP.
  • Inputting data into Maximo.
  • Reconcile payroll hours.
  • Filing of timesheets.
  • Update crew lists.
  • Resolve employee’s payroll issues.
  • Process paperwork for new hires and terminated employees.
  • Maintain employee files.
  • Prepare daily force reports.
  • Prepare daily swipe report.
  • Monitor and order office supplies as required.
  • Complete other administrative duties and reports as directed by the Project
  • Compile the required forms for new employees to complete.
  • Collect safety and trade tickets from the new employees.
  • Ensure that forms are completed correctly, and the required tickets are valid.
  • Send the completed documents to payroll and human resources.
  • Send the tickets to safety for the safety file.
Qualifications
  • High school Diploma.
  • 2-4 years’ administrative construction experience.
  • Advanced computer skills specifically in MS Excel, MS Word, and SAP an asset.
  • Highest standard of professional ethics, confidentiality and integrity.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet the time demands of unpredictable activities; capable of handling pressure and challenges.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks independently with strong time management skills to meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment
  • Ability to forge, grow and maintain positive relationships.
  • Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, including effective prioritization and follow up.
  • Self-motivated, action oriented and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment or independently on routine tasks with a positive attitude and exceptional customer service.
  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency and strong commitment to achieving goals; ability to work in challenging, fast paced environment.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
