Guided by its deeply rooted core values and principles, Holman is continuously Driving What’s Right.Holman has an outstanding opportunity for a Driver Services Specialist based in our Mississauga Location.What will you doConduct program startup calls with clients ensuring best practice implementationCreate client profiles and adhere to policy parameters by meeting Service Level Agreements and communicating effectively with all parties involvedReconcile and maintain driver databases for each programDevelop program timelines for each assigned clientCreate mass driver communications introducing and maintaining programsUnderstand IRS and CRA regulations for personal usePrepare annual taxable liability information to clientsProcess and analyze driver abstracts and training modulesWork directly with clients management in multiple departments including Human Resources, Fleet, Tax, Accounting, Payroll, Risk and/or Safety.Manage all programs through internal and external systemsLiaise with vendors and provincial ministries to administer Safety programsProvide weekly and monthly reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information for clients and internal management.Evaluate client’s usage of programs and recommend changes to improve overall program performancePerform all duties with a positive attitude toward embracing innovation and timesaving efficienciesWhat are we looking forBachelor’s degree or equivalent and relevant work experienceIntermediate to advanced computer skills including MS Office and Windows XPAbility to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with all levels of internal and external customersMust have excellent customer service skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities, with high attention to detail, excellent organizational and follow-up skills and advanced problem solving skills.Bilingual (French/English) strong assetWhat we offer:Benefits include competitive pay and bonus, health, dental and life insurance, 100% tuition reimbursement based on grade performance, Group RRSP, on the job training and development and much more.Holman is committed to providing accommodations throughout the interview process.
