What you’ll doIt’s safe to say, there’s no shortage of variety in what we do. Here are some key accountabilities of the role:
  • As Product Owner, you will play a key role in managing the day-to-day scrum needs and serving as the voice of the user while unblocking issues and driving delivery. This role works directly with product management, business sponsors, key stakeholders and agile scrum team(s) to ensure the solution meets the product vision and business objectives. The PO analyzes sophisticated cross-functional business processes and defines integrated user stories. This is the only person on the Agile/Scrum Team empowered to accept stories as done and thereby fulfils a quality assurance function
  • Responsible for defining stories and prioritizing the team backlog
  • Actively participates in Team Ceremonies: Iteration Planning, Daily Scrum, Iteration Review, Iteration Retrospective
  • Actively participates in Agile Release Train (ART) Ceremonies: PI Planning, System Demo, ART Sync, Inspect & Adapt
What you’ll needTo begin your career with us, we require the following:
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in an agile delivery framework, strategy or requirement development or Product Owner role
  • Experience with Store Systems and applications e.g. Datastage, Apigee
  • Knowledge about Point of Sale (POS) and/or with Oracle Xstore preferred
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or SAFe Product
