Guided by its deeply rooted core values and principles, Holman is continuously Driving What’s Right.Holman has an outstanding opportunity for a Status Specialist based in our Mississauga, ON location.What will you doDaily follow up on the status of vehicles on order & input this information into Holman status systems so that clients and drivers can receive timely updatesHave a good understanding of OEM supply chain steps – Order – scheduling – production – rail/truck transportation, etc.Effectively communicate with Holman’s dealer network to get updates on vehicle deliveries and resolve issues related to the sameBasis analysis of client status reports where multiple vehicles are on orderEnsure our upfitting vendors are supplying Holman with accurate information related to the final completion of trucks/vansSupport internal customers inquires, and respond in a professional, pro-active mannerTrain dealers & other vendors to use Holman’s status input systemsWhat are we looking forProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointThe ability to manage multiple projects and perform under pressure is requiredUnderstanding of Vehicle Supply Chain and basic dealer operationsA Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Business Administration2-4 years of related business experienceWhat we offer:Benefits include competitive pay and bonus, health, dental and life insurance, 100% tuition reimbursement based on grade performance, Group RRSP, on the job training and development and much more.At Holman, we exist to provide rewarding careers and better lives for employees and their families.
