If you’re excited about transforming the way people connect, our Network team is the right place for you.Key responsibilities:Support and assist in establishing proper delivery plans for strategic projectsAssist team in project/program financial targets and overall budget of strategic programProvide service for customer affecting orders by accessing various systemsAssist various teams in delivery by removing impediments within ones controlConsolidate, maintain and monitor project progress/plans/schedules, prepare a status review for various meetingsLead project delivery health checks and pursue continuous improvement of our processesPerform full cycle of financial management, track and monitor KPI, work hours, budgets, and project benefitsAssess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicableMonitor and manage network facilities using various computer-based programs e.g. Network X, SAP & NDIOrganize, attend and facilitate in stakeholder meetings, prepare necessary presentations for meetingsCritical Qualifications/Competencies:Knowledge of Access Network OperationsAbility to make quick independent and effective decisionsProven desire and success in continuous improvements; never accepting the status quoExperience in Transformation - Transform the current mode of operation through innovative and strategic solutionsExperience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously, and work effectively with diverse teams both internal and external to BellCommunication – excellent verbal and written communication skills and aptitude for articulating complex concepts to different audiences, with clarity and persuasivenessUnderstanding of financial dataStrong customer orientationIntermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office software: Word, Excel, PowerPointExcellent working experience in using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, SAP, eSpace, Webex, Jaber etc.Preferred qualifications:University degree in Business Management, Communications or related fieldKnowledge of Access Network (telecom)Minimum 3 years experience in project managementWorking Conditions:The job consists of a mixture of office work, field visits and off premise meetings with municipalities/consultants and other departments in Bell.
