Overview :This role reports directly to the Frito Lay Canada, Supply Chain Vice President.   • As the chief of staff, Schedules and maintains the Agneda for the Supply Chain Leadership team with direct influence and therefore manages the calendar of appointments, meetings, travel itineraries and related arrangements for the VP of Supply Chain
  • Drive decision making and action planning for Supply Chain Leadership team meetings
  • Performs a variety of business support tasks, which may be complex in nature and, at times, confidential (ie: financial information, presentations, coordination of meetings, etc.).
  • Develop and Manage the Supply Chain team Dashboard and database for effective access to information
  • Participate/ leads organizing company functions/conferences and events for Supply chain team to support team engagement
  • Responsible for ensuring effective management of PFC processes, i.e. Oracle Purchase Orders, invoices, payment tracking, Accruals, Visa reconciliation, expense reporting
  • Process MyBuy purchase reqs and invoice payments
  • Supports the overall Supply chain team organizational changes - announcements , Org Chart Data base management
  • Manage employee on-boarding for HQ SC teams (procurement of computers, system access, work-space arrangements)
Qualifications:
  • High School Degree or equivalent
  • College Degree/Diploma preferable
  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Advanced computer knowledge required (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Zoom)
  • Strong prioritization skills to support leaders from varying functions
  • Excellent communication skills to deal effectively with peers and functional client group.
  • Good project management skills
  • Aptitude to learn and leverage corporate financial reporting and information systems.
  • Must have a good deal of independent judgment, discretion.
  • Work independently under general instructions or direction.
  • Great attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational ability
  • Able to work with highly confidential information
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization
