As one of our Support Personnel and Instructor, you will be responsible for: supporting Microsoft Active Directory, Firewalls, Laptops, Images, Wireless devices, GPOs, structuring and delivering lessons; responding to students’ questions, needs, problems, and/or objections; building and maintaining a good classroom climate and rapport; creating a warm and friendly learning environment; giving feedback to students with specific, positive details that assist them in improving their performance; and innovating lab books by creating or updating TOC, videos, overviews, and quizzes with newer content.Your education and experience are important to us. We would prefer: 1. A minimum of two years’ related experience (but if not, we are ready to teach you).2. Recommended certificates: A+, MCSE, CCNA, CCA, and/or VCP.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $38,000.00-$42,000.00 per yearBenefits:
