Exceed customer on-time pick-up and delivery expectations; proactive analysis to prevent service failures.Customer Relationship: Maintain consistent and professional communications; effective, prompt and courteous communications with respect to difficult situations, relaying service failures and problem-solving initiatives.Carrier Relationship: Develop productive carrier relationship, prompt AP discrepancies and payment resolution, covering loads, handling and managing difficult situations.Provide Holiday Coverage per Logistics Rotational and assigned schedule.Major/Key Accountabilities:
