Job Description

The Reynolds and Reynolds (Canada) Ltd. is currently seeking an Administrative Warehouse associate to join our team in our warehouse in Mississauga, Ontario. You will be responsible for the processing and ordering of all computer equipment and spare parts. You will maintain the database to accurately reflect inventories. Additionally, you will perform various administrative duties and reporting requirements; i.e. check and code freight and operational invoices, mailing, and any other clerical duties as required.Primary Responsibilities:

  • Process and order all equipment from a logistical value with the flow of system sales and installations for timely distribution.
  • Build and maintain relationships with other operational groups for controlling and expediting orders.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels in new products and support product for timely and on demand distribution. Highlighting concerns on over/under stock and takes actions to correct with consideration to SLA and cost measures.
  • Maintain database to reflect current dealer computer inventory for billings, customer accuracy, and reporting requirements to benefit departments and company.
  • Perform all aspects of receiving new computer inventory as well as place in appropriate locations.
  • Assist shipping and receiving department as required.
  • Perform routine inventory checks for inventory counts and obsolescence.
  • Compile, prepare and distribute service statistics and management reports.
  • Perform mailroom duties such as retrieving and distributing mail for internal and external customers. Distributing periodic marketing mailers to external customers.
  • Any other duties as required.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma
  • 1-2 years administrative and/or customer service experience preferred
  • Provides database and logistical value with the flow of system sales and distribution. As well as recurring database functions
  • Ability to understand and problem solve issues with minimal supervision
  • Being an organized individual who can multi-task.
  • Communicating effectively with internal and external customers.
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office applications.
Working Conditions:
  • Sitting at desk - an avg. 4-6 hrs.
  • Lifting and carrying items up to 25 lbs. 1-3 hours a day
  • Simple grasping and fine manipulation (both hands) 3-6 hours a day
  • When performing warehouse functions, may require to lift products between 1 lbs. to 50 lbs.
  • Will require use of pump truck to move inventory to appropriate locations-weights will vary.
  • Power grasping, reaching above shoulder (both arms/hands) up to 1 hours a day
  • When utilizing the pump truck -pushing/pulling up to 200+lbs up to 1-2 hours a day.
  • Walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, twisting at neck and waist up to 4 hours a day.
Prior Experience:
  • Inventory control knowledge and education is a plus.
  • Knowledge of inventory and administrative experience.
  • Average analytical skills.
  • Average troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • Effective team player
  • Average oral and written communication skills.
