Job Description

Communications Specialist (Legal)Bilingual Communications Specialist sought for a full-time hybrid role in the legal sector. Use your strategic thinking and writing skills to drive business development initiatives and craft compelling proposals in both French and English.What is in it for you:• Annual salary between $80.000 and $95.000 based on experience.• Flexible schedule to be discussed after hiring: 8 am to 4 pm or 9 am to 5 pm.• Full-time position: 35 hours per week.• Hybrid work model: 3 days in the office (Wednesday required) and 2 days remote.• Group insurance: Comprehensive coverage including dental, optical, and mental health support up to $3.000, with family protection fully funded by the employer.• RRSP: Employer contribution of 2% after one year of service.• Vacation: Vacation days are determined based on experience at the time of hire.• Opportunity to be part of an experienced national team.• Diverse and strategic business development projects.• A company that fosters innovation and idea exchange.Responsibilities:• Draft and adapt service proposals, presentations, and other strategic documents in both French and English.• Develop and implement business development initiatives for specific sectors and practice areas.• Work closely with partners to identify and leverage new business opportunities.• Conduct market research and sector analysis to support development strategies.• Coordinate and participate in the preparation of proposals and bids.• Ensure the updating and improvement of business development tools and content.• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to maximize visibility and impact of initiatives.• Contribute to the organization and management of events supporting business development strategies.What you will need to succeed:• University degree in marketing, communications, or law.• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in business development and marketing in a professional services environment (experience in a law firm is an asset).• Excellent proficiency in both French and English, both written and spoken, essential for:• Drafting and adapting service proposals and other strategic documents in both languages.• Effectively communicating with clients and partners in Canada and internationally.• Collaborating with national and multidisciplinary teams.• Strong written and verbal communication skills.• Strategic thinking and analytical skills to propose tailored solutions.• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.• Excellent project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.• Professionalism and ability to thrive in a demanding legal environment.Why Recruit ActionRecruit Action (agency permit: AP-2000003) provides recruitment services through quality support and a personalized approach to job seekers and businesses.
