Corporate ParalegalJoin a leading Canadian business law firm and bring your corporate law expertise to impactful, high-level mandates. Work in a collaborative, dynamic environment with experienced professionals. This permanent role offers a flexible hybrid model based in Montréal.What is in it for you:• Compensation up to $130.000, depending on profile and experience.• Permanent position, 35 hours per week, at a top-tier business law firm.• Flexible schedule from Monday to Friday, generally between 8 am and 5 pm.• Hybrid work: in-office presence required based on a departmental rotation schedule (approximately every 10–14 days).• Vacation: 4 weeks upon hire, calculated pro rata based on months worked.• Comprehensive group insurance, including dental, vision, and mental health support up to $3.000, with full family coverage funded by the employer.• Wellness program: reimbursement up to $750 for remote work equipment (headphones, Apple Watch, etc.).• Training: reimbursement up to $700 per year for professional development, with in-person sessions 4 days a week.• RRSP: 2% employer contribution after one year of service.• Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams across multiple offices.• Contribution to high-profile files for Canadian and international companies.• Work environment that promotes diversity and inclusion.• Participation in social and community initiatives.Responsibilities:• Assist lawyers with corporate, commercial, and tax transactions.• Review minute books, draft reports, and prepare corrective documentation.• Prepare and coordinate documentation related to:• Incorporations and organizations.• Articles of amendment.• Mergers, continuances, dissolutions.• Dividend declarations.• Transfers, issuances, redemptions, and share transmissions.• Corporate registrations in Quebec and other provinces.• Appointments, resignations, or removals of directors or officers.• Registered office address changes.• File documentation with Corporations Canada, the Quebec Enterprise Register, etc.• Manage annual updates (resolutions, filings, etc.).• Prepare documents for non-profit organizations.• Respond to client requests and ensure administrative follow-ups for business services.What you will need to succeed:• 7+ years of experience in corporate services within a large firm• Legal assistant/paralegal diploma or other relevant education.• Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage priorities, and strong attention to detail.• Positive attitude, flexibility, and team spirit.• Proficiency with IT tools and comfort with new technologies.• Strong communication and writing skills in both French and English.• Knowledge of EnAct and securities filings (assets).• Bilingual in French and English to support a diverse clientele, prepare documents in both official languages, and collaborate with teams across offices, including outside Québec.Why Recruit ActionRecruit Action (agency permit: AP-2504511) provides recruitment services through quality support and a personalized approach to job seekers and businesses.
