Legal Assistant (Emerging Companies) We are looking for a legal assistant on behalf of our client to support the department of emerging and high-growth companies. This firm, with national and international scope, is recognized for its expertise in business law and offers a dynamic, collaborative work environment focused on professional development.What is in it for you:• Annual Salary: • $68.000 to $70.000 (minimum 5 years of experience).• $75.000 to $77.000 (for 10 years of experience or more).• Permanent, full-time position: 35 hours per week.• Flexible schedule: Monday through Friday, with possible work hours from 8 am to 4 pm, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, or 9 am to 5 pm.• Hybrid work: 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. Wednesday is mandatory in the office with the freedom to choose the other two days of presence.• Group insurance: Comprehensive coverage including dental care, glasses, and mental health support up to $3,000, with family coverage fully funded by the employer.• Wellness program: Reimbursement of up to $750 for teleworking equipment (headphones, Apple Watch, etc.).• Training: $700 reimbursement per year for professional development and in-person training 4 days a week.• Retirement savings plan (RRSP): Employer contribution of 2% after one year of seniority.• Vacation: 4 weeks of leave from the start, prorated to the months worked.Responsibilities:Administrative and Secretarial Support• Drafting, editing, and formatting various documents (correspondence, opinions, procedures, agreements, etc.).• Managing phone calls and following up on internal and external communications.• Organizing meetings, booking rooms, and coordinating logistics (meals, videoconferences, etc.).• Managing professionals #39; calendars and tracking deadlines.• Preparing documents for conferences, seminars, and training.File Management• Filing and archiving files.• Opening and updating files in internal systems.Specific Support for Conferences and Training• Registering professionals for events, preparing documentation, and managing budget approvals.• Coordinating reimbursements and finalizing expense reports.What you will need to succeed:• +7 years of experience in a similar legal position.• Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a demanding environment.• Excellent precision and attention to detail.• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.• High degree of autonomy in task execution and problem solving.• Strong organizational skills to structure and prioritize work according to deadlines.• Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written) to assist a national and international clientele.Why Recruit ActionRecruit Action (agency permit: AP-2000003) provides recruitment services through quality support and a personalized approach to job seekers and businesses.
