Job Description

Your West Coast Adventure Awaits!Come join our fun and adventurous team! You will be working in a natural playground of rugged coastal mountains, rainforests and ocean. Spend your summer getting paid to be where others vacation!Get to know us:Moutcha Bay Resort is a remote destination dedicated to sustainable adventure tourism, located 2 hours west of Campbell River on Vancouver Island by road. We host guests from around the world and love to share our passion for saltwater sportfishing and other outdoor adventures.Who you are:

  • You have experience in professional housekeeping
  • You love paying attention to the little things
  • You love making your environment bright and clean
  • You have the ability to work quickly and think on your feet
  • You are energetic and happy to work with an amazing, like-minded team
  • You have the physical ability to carry or lift up to 30lbs and can bend, crouch, climb stairs, and otherwise be in motion for prolonged periods
What you’ll be doing:
  • Youll perform housekeeping duties (such as dusting, vacuuming, removing trash, mopping) within various types of guest rooms
  • Youll keep common areas bright, fresh, and immaculately clean
  • Youll do laundry and change linens
  • Youll complete weekly deep-cleans of assigned areas
  • Youll be helping to create memorable guest experiences
Working with us:This position has an anticipated start date of May 1 and an anticipated end date of September 30, 2023. Contract length is subject to change based on the demands of the season.Meals and staff accommodation are included in the employment package!Our offer to you:We are dedicated to appreciating our guests and our employees alike.
