Reporting to the E-Commerce Manager at our Niagara Falls location, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing traffic and conversion strategies, developing and maintaining key e-commerce accounts, handling account administration, and conducting reporting and analysis.If you are someone that likes a challenge and are continuously striving for excellence, then this is the perfect opportunity for you!What We Offer:

Key Responsibilities:Marketplace Administration
  • Maintain and update product listings in marketplace portals such as Amazon Seller Central
  • Investigate and resolve marketplace listing issues
  • Manage case resolution for marketplace accounts
  • Provide insights and recommendations for enhancing business performance
Traffic and Conversion Strategies
  • Schedule and execute promotions to drive traffic and sales
  • Collaborate with agency to manage Amazon pay-per-click advertising
  • Set up and launch new products on e-commerce marketplaces
  • Implement yearly sales and marketing plans
  • Collaborate with account managers to explore business growth opportunities
Reporting and Analysis
  • Prepare reports on sales and expenditures
  • Analyze sales performance versus forecasts
  • Evaluate promotional activities and develop actionable plans
Other
  • Collaborate with the E-Commerce Manager to develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures
  • Effectively complete other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • College diploma or university degree in marketing or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 plus years in an e-commerce marketplace role (preferably Amazon)
  • Proficiency in Excel (intermediate level preferred) and experience with marketplace seller portals, including troubleshooting and managing product listings
  • Strong data entry and analysis skills, with digital advertising experience
  • Technical Requirements: Familiarity with tools and systems such as Outlook, Smartsheet, ERP, PIM, marketplace seller portals, and Criteo ad platform
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Aptitude for problem-solving
This is a full-time 18-Month fixed-term position working 40 hours a week on-site. Our hours of operation are 8:15am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
