Job Description

Site Supervisor – Stacked TownhomesCompensation: $120K-$140KFull-Time, Permanent | Waterloo-Kitchener, OntarioWe are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the construction of a stacked townhome project in the Waterloo-Kitchener area. Reporting to the Construction Manager, the successful candidate will ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and adheres to the highest standards of quality and safety.Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all stages of construction for the stacked townhome project, from groundwork to final inspection.
  • Ensure the job site remains clean, organized, and secure at all times.
  • Coordinate and supervise sub-trades to maintain progress and ensure high-quality workmanship.
  • Address and resolve any on-site challenges while upholding project specifications and timelines.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders to support smooth project execution.
  • Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations and standards throughout the project.
Qualificationsamp; Skills
  • Proven experience supervising residential construction projects, especially multi-unit developments.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and manage site operations effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident yet approachable demeanor.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction codes, safety standards, and building practices.
