Positioned within the Java Systems Team, and reporting to Java’s Director of Systems, the Systems Application Support role is responsible for managing the resolution of application and system issues that arise within Helical Pile Solutions Ltd.The role requires both business skills and technical IT knowledge and demands an ability to manage multiple high-level tasks under pressure.RequirementsThe Systems and Application Support role often requires responding to technical problems that occur abruptly and require immediate solutions.
