A three hour flight from Auckland transports you to dramatic limestone cliffs, some of the clearest water in the world and with just over 1500 residents on island Niue offers a rare opportunity.Key Tasks & ResponsibilitiesThe focus of the General Managers role is to create those authentic moments with resort guests on a daily basis, reflecting the best of Niuean and Kiwi service. Our General Manager is involved in all aspects of the resort and is supported by an Area Manager based in New Zealand. Our ideal candidate will have extensive food and beverage experience as this is a key focus of the resort.You skillset will also include managing and efficiently running ateam, rostering and supervising staff, ordering supplies, cost analysis and community engagement.
