As an important ally for marketing & business development (M&BD) activities and pursuits across the organization, you partner with other corporate teams and assist and guide the Company’s internal clients with their deadline-driven requests for company information and data. You have sharp attention to detail and enjoy managing and maintaining the accuracy and consistency of financial, HR, insurance, risk management, etc, information required for proposal submissions, prequalifications, questionnaires, requests for quotation (RFQs)/requests for information (RFIs), qualification databases, surveys, marketing materials, and more. You thrive in a fast-pace setting with day-to-day administration and consistent tasks and deliverables.
