As we continue to expand our footprint, we are recruiting top talent to join our team.HRamp; Communications CoordinatorThe HRamp; Communications Coordinator is responsible to proactively provide support, advise and guide employees and managers on their employment related needs and is the first point of contact for human resources policies, procedures and benefit programs.This position is responsible for Recruitmentamp; Development, WSIB/Disability Management/Attendance, Employee Relations, Benefit Administration, Employee Wellness and any other duties assigned by the Human Resources Manager.This position will also be the primary promoter of company products, services, events and public correspondence via any and all media.The key objectives will be to build brand image, attract new talent and increase website and social media engagement.The HRamp; Communications Coordinator also leads corporate communications, corporate merchandise management and internal and external corporate events.This individual will comply with provincial and federal legislation, company and healthamp; safety policies and ISO quality program and procedures.Job Details:

  • Full-time, Day Shift, Monday-Friday (Ability to flex hours slightly one Friday a month)

Qualifications:
  • A college diploma or university degree in HR is required.
    • Education in Communications or Marketing will also be considered
  • Minimum of 2 years working experience in Human Resources is required
  • Benefit administration, pension, WSIB, and return to work experience is preferred
  • Event Planningamp; Corporate Communications experience is required
  • Social Media Management experience (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) is preferred
  • Relevant industry experience is highly desired
  • Strong leadership, practical and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in computers with the ability to use various computer applications such as Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Google Analytics, HRIS and Adobe products
