We bring the power of data, analytics, and automation to advertising operations while helping our advertisers increase their return on ad spend & increase sales.Your MissionAs a key member of the team, you will provide project coordination skills to both our advertising clients and our sales and AdOps teams to ensure success of every advertising campaign.Responsibilities· Simultaneously manage multiple customers who are at different points on the account lifecycle· Participation in campaign kick-off calls, ad-hoc client calls and end-of-campaign reporting calls.· Maintain a deep understanding of the products and service portfolio, use cases and how they impact customer requirements.· Ensure that a plan is in place with each customer for onboarding, deployment, and in-flight reporting requirements.· Fill in as needed on the AdOps team.· Drive Customer Success Business Outcomes· Drive future lifetime value through customer satisfaction· Identify opportunities to develop new training materials designed to ensure successful customer onboarding, support business-wide adoption, and deepen product proficiencyRequired Experience/Skills: · 1 - 3 years experience in customer-facing client success/account management role, SaaS or media agency experience preferred· Comfortable and accustomed to taking a leadership role, and a consultative approach with clients and internal resource teams· Adept at multi-tasking, managing service delivery requirements across multiple client projects simultaneously· Experience managing/tracking all opportunity and customer details including use cases, and client objectives· Strong ability to work cross-functionally to ensure high customer satisfaction· Strong interpersonal skills· Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.· Demonstrated experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word.· Demonstrated experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign specifically)Nice to have· Bilingual in French· Team-selling experience· Experience with training & implementation· Experience with Adobe Premier Pro and After EffectsPerks· Competitive salary· Comprehensive health and dental plans· Hybrid working model - will provide your computer equipment to get yourself set-up at home & in-office· An Employer Assistance Program· Telemedicine 24/7· Celebration of professional and personal accomplishmentsJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:
