That includes reporting on the latest developments on Parliament Hill, at the CRTC and the courts, and the latest news from Canada’s telecom and media companies. When the second largest telecom company in the country announces it wants to buy the fourth largest, or when a major network crashes and other news outlets are trying to figure out who the players are in the sector, thats when we dig deeper.The Wire Report stories are a mix of business, political, regulatory and legal reporting. We work to break important telecom-related news first whenever possible, to provide our readers with the most thorough coverage of ongoing regulatory files, and to regularly publish exclusives based on legal filings, access-to-information and source-based reporting.The Wire Report is part of The Hill Times and is based in Ottawa, with a hybrid work model.
