This position primarily serves and supports project governance structure to ensure timely, accurate and effective distribution of meeting materials, decision logs, action and risk registers and the production and distribution of key reports.As the primary administrative support to the EOCC or OEH Team , the coordinator is accountable for the compliance to terms of reference, advanced preparation and distribution of meeting materials to ensure that decisions about project scope and resources adhere to committed timelines.The position coordinates related administrative efforts for reporting and information gathering purposes, such as but not limited to budget, working group activities, business analyst reports, communications, change management, and external vendors.The Project Support Coordinator also provides administrative assistance to the Business Development/Corporate Training initiative leads including meeting schedules, appointment booking, minute-taking, and related tasks.Required Qualifications:Minimum two (2) year diploma or equivalent which includes Business Administration, Office Administration, Project Administration or related field;Minimum of two (2) years of relevant administrative assistant experience; Candidate must have demonstrated working progressively independently in responsible positions, some of which should be at a postsecondary organization, and demonstrated the following required qualifications:Support and contribute to the effectiveness of a team of professionals.Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with staff.Strong interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Very effective organization and time management skills; ability to multi-task and prioritize.Proven team player.Proficiency with MS Office software Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Proven working knowledge of government-funded projects with objectives and goals.
