You will implement nursing strategies or interventions according to the care plan and perform technical nursing skills in accordance with nursing principles, scope of practice and Carefor’s policies and procedures.You will evaluate, document and describe client/family responses to the care plan, and revise the plan as required on an ongoing basis.
