Job Description

Fidus is a dynamic high-tech design firm that specializes in leading-edge electronic product development. We provide a technical advantage to our global Clients ranging from tech giants to start-ups. Our software, Hardware and FPGA teams innovate, design and deliver next generation products for clients in emerging technology markets.We are looking for The Sales Enablement Specialist that will support the sales team and ensure they are successful in their day-to-day activities. This role implies collaborating closely with the Fidus sales and marketing teams, as well as with partners and key stakeholders with a goal to increase the productivity and revenue.Simply put, the key mission of a Sales Enablement Specialist is to support and empower a sales team to reach the company’s objectives. This position includes a wide range of different initiatives and duties and is the “middleware” that binds the front end of the sales process.*Responsibilities: **Acting as a business partner to executive sales management;

  • Coordinating with Marketing for lead campaigns, webinar follow-up, customer contact management and list hygiene;
  • Managing inbound leads, then following up and coordinating with the Business Manager to schedule an appointment;
  • Following up with Business Development Managers if leads are stalled;
  • Prompting active leads to convert to opportunities when appropriate;
  • Managing Partner leads, entering into Salesforce and assigning accordingly. This will include loading new customers into Salesforce, conducting some research on the company and determining (via LinkedIn) who the key players are;
  • Participating in early ABM tactics (proactive prospecting) to introduce Fidus to potential Key Accounts before prospects are ready for a meeting with Business managers;
  • Assisting with diversifying Fidus’ contact base in Key Accounts to generate new expansion opportunities;
  • Proactively prospecting on LinkedIn, the web and using sales tools to identify additional contacts in identified and Key Accounts;
  • Booking meetings for the Business Managers after some light touch discovery;
  • Reviewing CRM for stale opportunities, contacts, and outreach to reengage;
  • Having full knowledge of sales tools to assist the Business Managers where necessary;
  • Proactively identifying areas for sales process improvement.
Education and Qualifications Required: *Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields;
  • Require 1-2 years prior experience in a sales support role;
  • Experience (1-2 years) utilizing Salesforce;
  • Strong communication, negotiation, time management, conflict resolution, relationship and multi-tasking skills are key to success.
