You will have a critical role in working with our customers to capture requirements from the business on insights, reporting, visualizations, and alerts needed to support their case management needs. Your experience as a Technical Product Owner means translating these requirements into user stories for the Data Engineers, BI Developers, and Insight Analysts to drive effective roadmap execution. Your technical background, combined with a passion for advocating the voice of the customer, will ensure that the right things are being built for the right reasons.You will also have the opportunity to continuously collaborate with sales and marketing to build feedback loops and support go-to-market programs and execution. Reporting to the SVP, Product, you will partner on other data-driven product analytics usage needs by collecting key signals to establish metrics, including utilization, segmentation, feature adoption, and user behaviors to help support product prioritization, pricing, and go-to-market initiatives.Main Responsibilities:

  • Maximizing the value of the Business Intelligence and Analytics for our customers
  • Diligently gather requirements and capture as user stories that can be executed
  • Work collaboratively with a delivery team of Data Engineers, BI developers and other engineering team members to design and deliver products
  • Connecting with, identifying the problems of and understanding our customers’ needs
  • Managing and prioritizing the product backlog
  • Supporting development as the go-to person for product requirements and customer needs
  • Be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of your product
  • Contributing to the overall vision and roadmap
  • Designing, developing, and analyzing product usage metrics in collaboration with team
  • Lead business requirements and process reviews
  • Responsible for roadmap prioritization, communication and execution including tradeoffs involving customer value, cost, and speed to execution
  • Ensures the appropriate management of sprints, iterations, releases and supports estimation and status communication
  • Assists with triaging, root cause analysis and remedy of data quality
QualificationsMandatory:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical major (e.g. Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering)
  • 5+ years’ experience in end-to-end SaaS product development (ideation to launch)
  • Scrum master or technical product owner experience
  • Data proficiency with SQL and
  • Working knowledge of database design, performance tuning and troubleshooting
  • Experience with direct customer interactions
  • B.I. software experience (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Sisense, Yellowfin, etc.)
  • Advanced knowledge of Analytical & Visualization methodologies
Assets (Nice to Have):
  • Data analyst experience
  • Yellowfin experience
  • Multi-tenant migration experience
  • GRC marketplace experience
  • Experience working on an analytics, reporting engine
