Job Description

About the RoleOxford Frozen Foods is recruiting a Production Manager for one of our facilities at our Oxfordsite. This position will report to the Plant Manager.Responsibilities:

  •  Supervising and coordinating activities of production and personnel
  •  Work with multiple stakeholders in regards to production coordination
  •  Ensure production is being completed in a timely and efficiently manner
  •  Monitor and assess personnel performance
  •  Help identify training opportunities and talent placement
Desired Qualities and Abilities:
  •  Strong management skills
  •  Superior communication skills both written and oral
  •  Follow all policies and procedures and work in a safe manner
  •  Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi task
  •  Sense of urgency
  •  Keen desire for continuous improvement
Requirements
  •  Minimum Grade 12 Diploma or Equivalent
  •  Relevant post-secondary education would be considered an asset
  •  Experience in food production would be considered an asset
