Job Description

About the RoleOxford Frozen Foods Ltd. is searching for a Sanitation Department Head. This position will report to the Senior Manufacturing Manager.Responsibilities:

  • Support, motivate and provide direction to the sanitation team including scheduling and attendance management
  • Oversee and manage all production cleaning procedures
  • Provide process improvement initiatives and implementation support
  • Develop cleaning schedules with changing production demands
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • Support the organizations food safety measures while working with various departments within the Oxford Frozen Foods Ltd
Desired Qualities and Abilities:
  •  Superior communication skills both written and oral
  •  Follow all policies and procedures and work in a safe manner
  •  Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi task
  •  Sense of urgency
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years manufacturing experience in a supervisory role
  • Post secondary education is considered an asset
