Job Description

Job Summary: You will work as a part of the Marketplace team to help manage, maintain and grow our online exposureResponsibilities: Marketplace Management:

  • Maintain marketplace products for quality which includes, add and modify, descriptions, images, categories, price and sku activations/deactivations
  • Ensure all active products are selling online with no errors
  • Performing daily, weekly, and monthly checks on our Amazon Seller Central accounts for any policy violations or account health warnings.
  • Process marketplace vendor orders and print waybills
  • Backup for our data entry position to create shipping labels for customer orders
  • Manage FBA inventory levels and create replenishment orders when needed
  • Be the lead on all case creation and follow-up
  • Craft and post user notifications to Marketplace for holidays and hours of operation
  • Communicate with ecommerce platforms to prepare and follow promotion activities and seasonal projects.
  • Run reports to analyze our shipping and service statistics to ensure we are meeting performance requirements
Inventory Accuracy:
  • Validate and maintain sku set up characteristics
  • Validate and reconcile receiving report to physical counts
  • Manage inventory between 3rd party warehouse and our main distribution center
  • Post distribution inventory reconciliations – validate quantities, allocations and quantities available and uploaded to the Marketplace
  • Review and validate receiving reports for quantity accuracy and ability of warehouse to fulfill requested orders
  • Proactively research, escalate and resolve inventory discrepancies, quantity reconciliations and investigate
  • Participate in full inventory preparation and maintain cycle count
  • Validate inventory adjustments as requested by the warehouse
  • Coordinate with warehouse and manager for all inventory related processes
Required Skills and Attitudes:
  • Proficient knowledge in Excel, Word
  • Amazon experience a must
  • Custom and client software, web related products
  • Excellent relationship and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Great knowledge of Ecommerce ecosystem
  • Must have previous Amazon experience to be able to qualify for this position
  • Mid-level knowledge of order entry, inventory and logistics
  • Capacity to problem solve
