Job Description

Sales RepresentativeSalary: $17/hr + CommissionBenefits: Full Benefits package after 6 months.Running the day-to-day sales activities of the business:

  • Oversee daily sales:
  • Take incoming sales calls
  • Claim online sales leads and estimates
  • Conduct daily sales follow ups with existing customers
  • Schedule weekly on site estimates for franchisee
  • Communicate daily / weekly sales goals to Operations
  • Manage store front sales and inventory
  • Engage in TMT approved marketing activities
  • Work closely with Lansing pay per click team and TMT Canada to maintain a
strong social media presence within territory.
  • Prepare weekly sales report to be discussed with the franchisee
Qualifications Required:
  • Min 2 years of experience in sales
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to details.
  • Ability to communicate easily to every level of the organization and customers
  • Ability to create and present reports
  • Ability to think outside the box and make decisions with minimum supervision
  • Ability to improve and / or create systems to enhance day to day sales performance of the
company.
  • Must be able to work long shifts and weekends if needed.
