Job Description

JOB POSTING - DELTA BINGO & GAMING - COUNT OFFICE ADMINISTRATORPrimary Function: Responsible for daily balancing of session sales and prizing, to prepare deposits for operator and prizing accounts, and to prepare all financial documents and reports.Supervision: Works under direct supervision of the Operations Manager.Role and Responsibilities include and are not limited to: - Perform daily cash drop and balance the Cabinet machines cash and voucher flow.Perform cash out for the previous day, counting all cash and preparing bank deposits. Complete Daily Report for Head Office by reconciling all cash on hand to sales and prizes. Troubleshoot discrepancies through session summary reports, paper issuance reports and inventory.Paper inventory management, including paper room inventory report, completing necessary corrections to inventory according to paper count.Prepare prizing spreadsheet on an ongoing basis in order to reconcile the total monthly report. Make adjustments to session summaries according to paper inventory.Process lottery ticket order and balance lottery invoices.Process inventory order and enter into eVent.Understand and respond to customer inquiries regarding bingo programs, Red 7, promotions, and any other product or service offered at the Gaming Centre.Undertake other tasks and housekeeping duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.Mandatory requirements of the role are as follows: - Obtain and maintain a valid AGCOlicense.- Comply with the Delta Bingo and Gaming dress code, Code of Ethics, and Employee Handbook.- Must be able to work all scheduled shifts.- Work as a team player to ensure high operating effectiveness and efficiencies including:o Helping out other positions/employees within the Hall when busyo Demonstrating a willingness to teach and coach other employees for back up Administrator roles or new hires.o Ensuring the Hall remains in a clean and tidy state, assisting with clean up when necessary and reporting damages as they are found.- Behave in a professional manner:o Treat all customers and fellow employees in a polite and courteous manner.o No use of foul language on the premises, no use of inappropriate jokes or comments that could be perceived as any form of harassment.o Always consider the needs of the Hall and the Company when performing your role.- Work co-operatively with co-workers and charity members.While we appreciate every applicant’s interest, only those under consideration will be contacted.Delta Bingo & Gaming is an EEO Employer – Minorities / Gender / Protected Veterans / Disabled.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: From $18.00 per hourBenefits:
