We are looking for dedicated Real Estate Sales Agents who are motivated and passionate about making the home buying experience as simple and streamlined as it can be.   • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
  • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
  • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
  • Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
  • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
Qualifications:
  • Must have a valid Real Estate License
  • Tech savvy
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
  • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
  • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
  • Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
