Our Construction segment includes all aspects of the construction of both public and private infrastructure in the Civil, Urban Transportation, Nuclear, Utility, and Conventional Industrial sectors. We operate primarily in Canada but selectively pursue International initiatives.The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for performing general administrative and customer service duties, as well as requiring a thorough knowledge of the office policies and procedures. They will be responsible for credit card updates to customer accounts, opening of new accounts, maintenance of all accounts, processing monthly statements for mailing to commercial accounts, reconciliation of monies and accounts on a daily basis, and all other customer inquiries.This role will begin on a 3-Month contract with the possibility of extension.Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer main switch boardOpen, update and manage account files using on-line computerized systemEnsure all paperwork is completed correctly and accurately and all monies are accounted for with the daily customer activities.PhotocopyingFilingFaxes and documentationMaterial handlingRequired Knowledge and ExperienceExperienced in the use of multiple line telephone systemWorking knowledge of credit card and POS machineExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to deal with the public and remain composedProficient typing skillsExcellent organizational skills and time prioritisation.Proficient within the MS Office SuiteAbility to work independentlyAbility to work under pressure in an open concept environmentFluency in French is considered a strong assetQuick Apply
