A key member of the team, the IT Field Technician will be responsible for installing technology on workstations, servers and networks and repairing physical equipment. The successful candidate will play an active role in delivering excellent customer service and achieving operational goals.Key Responsibilities· Works with clients to ensure that technology is effectively deployed to their operations and objectives.· Has a clear understanding of technology in a business environment. This includes managing hardware and software, especially critical business applications as well as identifying requirements for managing users and workstations.· Be familiar with cloud-based software solutions hand how to manage them across multiple physical locations and devices. Network support is important and knowledge of DNS and DHCP protocols as well as equipment is vital.· Have a solid understanding of how to work within a framework of various Windows Server incarnations.· Be comfortable with people and should anticipate working in various locations as well as in our shop.Education& Qualifications· Certificate in Information Technology or related field· Strong knowledge of Windows operating systemSpecific Skills
