Position: Maintenance CrewGeneral Purpose: To repair, and maintain property facilities and groundsReports to: Maintenance SupervisorCritical Skills: - Ability to contribute to a friendly atmosphere of superior guest service and product quality- Ability to contribute to a positive a positive, cooperative work environment between coworkers and management.- Strong knowledge of property facilities, systems, and standards- Ability to work in an effective and efficient manner- Ability to perform physically demanding workMain Duties: - Conduct proper follow through on all maintenance issues as directed- Work with outside contractors when needed- To keep work area and equipment is maintained clean, safe, and appealing.- To ensure OH&S and fire safety standards are upheld at all times- Have good working knowledge of company policies and procedures- Upkeep grounds- Small repairs- Abide by daily checklists- Update supervisor on any and all issues or hazardsJob Type: Full-timeSalary: From $15.00 per hourAdditional pay:
