Job Description

Project DescriptionThe GTM Marketing Lead will help drive strategy and execution that delivers growth across customer acquisition, sales success, and customer engagement to Enterprise commercial customers. We expect that your proven ability to break down problems and build structure and process will serve you well as you collaborate across internal teams to lead this cross-functional initiative. You will work with internal and external partners to understand and influence the way we market to our customers and optimize the sales and marketing funnel.The top skill we are looking for in this new role would be ‘great storyteller.’ This role is very content-creation heavy with also some focus on content strategy.Dates: ASAP – 6/30/22 with extensionFull/Part-Time: Full time - 40 hours per weekLocation: RemoteResponsibilities

  • Strong acumen in writing for and understanding ITDM audience. Experience in product marketing for Software/hardware products
  • Spend first couple weeks going super deep to understand our product, our storytelling, and map where we have content gaps across audiences
  • Strong storyteller and knows how to structure a story based on different audiences and different goals. Will be creating assets that will be viewed by customers, field sellers, and partners.
  • We have an agency that can provide design and copy editing services, but this person will need to drive the strategy/kick off/brief and own the asset but can work with the agency to finalize design and final copy writing
  • Create and keep up-to-date marketing materials related to compete programs. Help internal sellers understand how to use our compete programs for our audience
  • Will own creation of a Mix of internal field-facing assets like guidance, instructions, internal walking decks, field trainings, and also customer-facing assets like product webinars, guidebooks, pitch decks, etc.
  • Be very organized with timelines and calendars and orchestrating delivery of multiple assets at a given time.
Skills & Background
  • A broad experience in creating content strategies and story development for multiple products and technologies
  • A thorough understanding of the IT decision maker audience
  • Proven experience in mapping a content strategy across the sales funnel
  • Expertise in deeply understanding and articulating a value proposition and messaging and applying it to content end-to-end
  • Strong story teller with the ability to hone pitch decks and speaker notes, write video and demo scripts, create web copy, write datasheets and sales training materials
  • Highly organized, creative problem solver who is self-directed; comfortable working with ambiguity
  • Strength in managing, collaborating and influencing across teams to get projects completed
