Job Description

Project Description: We’re currently searching for an experienced Marketing Program Manager to join our community and continue our tradition of success. The ideal candidate will have experience developing and executing marketing campaigns, and a proven ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives. As a natural born leader, you will have a strong talent for project coordination and delegation. Ultimately, you are a people-person who loves the rewarding challenge of building a brand.Deliverables/Responsibilities

  • Managing the program lifecycle from ideation through launch and subsequent cycles
  • Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels
  • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
  • Designing and implementing new processes to help scale the business
  • Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
  • Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
  • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
  • Support in developing and administering department goals and objectives related to program expectations.
Key Skills Required:
  • 5+ years’ experience in program or project management
  • 5+ years of increasing responsibility, hands on experience with managing rhythm of business, communications, and exposure to executives
  • Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
  • Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated cross-discipline and cross-group collaboration, and a passion for driving a culture of collaboration
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements on marketing initiatives with an eye for creativity
  • Exceptional communication, project management skills, and the ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (years of experience can be used in place of educational degree)
  • Strong analytic skills with experience using qualitative and quantitative to analyze customer needs and develop program strategies.
  • Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
  • Proven experience designing interactive applications and networking platforms
  • Outstanding working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
