Job Description

On behalf of our Public Sector Client, Ignite Technical Resources is recruiting for a Senior Business Design Analyst to join our Client #39;s team on a 12-month contract basis, with the possibility of extension. This role is Hybrid - Richmond, with three days per week onsite at the Client’s head office.Summary of the Role:The Senior Business Design Analyst will provide business design services for a Claims Transformation (CaRT) Program. This role will involve defining scope, facilitating design sessions, developing business requirements, and collaborating with technology and operations teams to implement the future state operating model.Dutiesamp; Responsibilities:

  • Define scope in coordination with the Benefits Measurement team, based on target outcomes.
  • Develop a business design approach and plan.
  • Facilitate business design sessions and prepare related deliverables (e.g., journey maps, process maps, business requirements documents).
  • Conduct data analysis and provide design options recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the technology team to translate business requirements into technology requirements.
  • Work with operations and change management teams to assess change impacts and design implementation strategies.
Core Requirements:
  • Experience in a public sector unionized environment.
  • Proven experience working on business transformation programs or projects.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and build effective relationships.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desired Skillsamp; Experience:
  • Experience in business process modeling and journey mapping.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with change impact assessments and implementation tactics.
  • Knowledge of functional modeling and target operating models.
  • Ability to develop and document business design recommendations.
Terms:This is a 12-month contract role with the possibility of extension. The successful candidate must be available to work onsite in Richmond three days per week.
