On behalf of our Public Sector Client, Ignite Technical Resources is recruiting for a Senior Business Design Analyst to join our Client #39;s team on a contract basis. This role is Hybrid – 3 days per week onsite, and the Client is based in Richmond.Summary of the Role:The Senior Business Design Analyst will support a Claims Transformation Program by defining and scoping business solutions, facilitating design sessions, and preparing key deliverables. This role requires a proactive individual with strong business acumen to propose innovative strategies that align with organizational goals.Dutiesamp; Responsibilities:

• Define the scope in collaboration with the Benefits Measurement team based on target outcomes.
• Develop a business design approach and plan.
• Facilitate business design sessions and produce related deliverables (e.g., journey maps, process maps, functional models).
• Translate business requirements into technology requirements.
• Support operations and change teams in assessing change impacts and implementing future state models.
• Deliver key outputs such as current/future state analysis, LOE estimates, metrics/KPIs inputs, and user stories.

Core Requirements:

• Proven experience in business transformation projects.
• Demonstrated ability to propose scope and lead solution design.
• Expertise in documenting current and future state models.
• Familiarity with data analysis and functional modeling.
• Experience working within public sector unionized environments.

Desired Skillsamp; Experience:

• Background in Claims or related domains.
• Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
• Experience with KPIs and performance measurement frameworks.
• Exposure to technology strategy in transformation initiatives.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Terms:This is a 12-month contract position requiring a hybrid work arrangement—3 days per week onsite at the Richmond head office.
