Job TitleHead of Integrated Portfolio ManagementJob Description SummaryJob DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARYThe GOS (Global Occupier Services) IPM (Integrated Portfolio Management) Platform Leader is responsible for developing, communicating and executing the strategic direction of Cushman & Wakefield’s GOS IPM Service Line in the Americas. This position will focus on transaction management, portfolio strategy, financial Analysis, and consulting.The GOS IPM Platform Leader will be a trusted advisor and partner with our Transaction Managers and Brokers to define and solution IPM delivery models for Fortune 500 clients. The IPM Platform Leader sets the strategy for Americas GOS IPM Platform, establishes the goals, and leads and manages a team of platform Directors and team members with accountability for delivering outstanding results within their areas of responsibility. Leader will be the subject matter expert for client account leaders across GOS.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for supporting Enterprise Solutions teams and RFP responses; attend RFP presentations as neededSupport ES teams by determining correct delivery model, pricing, and identifications of resources to staff accountsCo-develop standard and custom marketing and RFP collateral with IPM Enterprise Sales LeadSupport Enterprise Solutions teams during contract renewals and transformationsSpearhead and champion IPM initiatives that drive innovation and efficiency to service professionals and clients:Develop standard benchmarking, tools, and processes across GOS accountsEngage with Marketing and Research to prepare and publish internal and client facing trend reports.Success of this role will include strong internal stakeholder and external client performance ratingsParticipate in the development of the delivery model, contracts and risk management structureCollaborate with industry groups and companies to identify new means, methods, materials and other industry innovations to promote to our clients and teamsFinancial responsibilities include:Partner with Finance team to develop and maintain GOS IPM P&L management, profitability and overall financial performance by GOS, Region, and account; monitor and track revenue trendsEnsure quantitative and qualitative analytics and evidenced-based decision makingSupport account budgeting processSpearhead and direct the ongoing support and transformation of existing and new GOS accounts, including:Prioritize and implement business health check reviews to identify existing and new opportunities for enhancing service solutions and capabilitiesProvide contract management to meet superior delivery of all contract deliverablesDevelop an ongoing IPM training program to promote and train account teams on best practices, new technologies, industry trends, etc.Actively manage and develop IPM account talent in partnership with HR, including promotion of diversity, equity & inclusion, performance reviews, succession planning, etc.KEY COMPETENCIES1.
