With your strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset, you #39;ll help uphold our commitment to outstanding service and customer satisfaction.The Ideal Candidate is someone who has:

  • 2-5 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with a proven track record in supervisory or managerial roles.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
The Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by managing event schedules, coordinating daily team meetings, and assisting senior management with assigned duties.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to consistently deliver top-quality service to our customer base.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve issues, effectively address questions, recommend suitable products or services, and clearly communicate product features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Play a vital role in the organization #39;s growth and revenue by overseeing the full spectrum of sales activities from initiation to close.
  • Track team members #39; performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews to promote growth and improvement.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels for resolution.
  • Regularly update senior management on team progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
