Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
  • Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs, offer tailored solutions, and deliver positive experiences.
  • Build meaningful relationships through empathetic and attentive service.
  • Proactively assist in identifying opportunities to recommend additional products and service enhancements.
  • Handle customer inquiries related to billing, account updates, and payment processing with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Use our CRM system to manage, track, and update customer information while maintaining strict confidentiality and data security.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay well-informed on product offerings, promotions, and company updates.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in customer service and/or communications is a strong asset.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and dedicated to delivering best-in-class service.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or communications is a plus.
  • Availability for full-time in-person work and the ability to work out of our office.
