Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and results-oriented entry level Sales and Marketing Manager to spearhead growth initiatives and strengthen client relationships. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong foundation in sales, product marketing, and customer engagement.   • Develop and implement targeted sales and marketing strategies to increase product adoption and revenue growth.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead follow-ups, networking, and referrals.
  • Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Manage and optimize the sales pipeline, identifying key opportunities for software sales.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends by attending conferences, networking events, and market research activities.
  • Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance marketing messaging and product positioning.
  • Provide weekly progress reports and maintain accurate sales activity records.
  • Design and implement training programs to support clients in maximizing product use.
  • Keep up with emerging technologies and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
Qualifications: Entry-level candidates with strong skills and motivation are encouraged to apply!
  • 2–5 years of experience in product marketing and sales preferred.
  • Proven ability to craft compelling marketing content and messaging that resonates with customers.
  • Strong understanding of marketing tools and how to leverage them across different channels.
  • Excellent analytical, communication (oral and written), and presentation skills.
  • A track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, and project management tools.
  • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Self-motivated, outgoing, and a strong collaborator with high professional integrity.
  • Passion for technology, innovation, and learning new tools.
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
