You will participate in the development and modification of policies and procedures, as well as monitoring, evaluating and recommending improvements to Base/Wing/Unit aquatic programs. As the Aquatic Program Supervisor, you will approve lesson plans for the delivery of aquatic programs, supervise and instruct aquatic training sessions and conduct aquatic program evaluations. You will liaise with the public, military users, and recreation and fitness personnel regarding aquatic programs.
