We are a general construction company since 2008.We have a maintenance contract on military base in Shilo. We are looking to hire someone to manage this site. The work is very light duty. Residential maintenance job. Replacement and repairs.Responsibilities for this work is;- Coordinating between housing agency and subcontractors and/or our team member- Scheduling for each work order- Confirming the work is done according to each work order- Requesting changes on work orders- Confirming invoices from subcontractors and submitting to accountant for paymentThese are only main responsibilities.
