Description-Drivers will transport refrigerated goods throughout service points withCanada with our fleet of modern equipment.-Primary lanes are Canada only with options for long haul western or ON-East loads.- Serve as an ambassador for the company in aquot;Professional quot; manner in every interaction with clients and with the publics.Duties- Ensure that appointment times are met or that delays are immediately communicated to dispatch.- Ensure that reefer operation is strictly monitored to ensure no unnecessary claims.- Protect the integrity of equipment provided- tractors, trailers, cold walls, etc and to immediately report any accidents,incidents or mechanical failures which result in damage or loss of this equipment.- Operate electronic logs and follow all hours of service regulations.- Communicate via satellite required load updatesQualifications:- Must be located in Canada- Minimum of two years driving experience required- Reefer, mountain driving experience and ability to cross the border are all considered assets.- Clean, current criminal check and driver #39;s abstract must be provided- Must be able to communicate clearly in EnglishBenefits:-Mileage rate $0.44 cents per mile- Picks and drops are in addition to mileage rate- Safety/ Utilization bonus, paid quarterly, $0.01 cent per mile- Fuel bonus, paid quarterly, $0.01 cent per mile- Group insurance plan available; includes heath, dental coverageResumes can be submitted to mpirie@professionalcarriersinc.comWe thank all applicants for your interest in Professional Carriers.
