Job Description

Summary: Assisting the Senior Supervisor with entering and managing data accurately into our ERP system. Duties may include assigning materials to jobs, processing jobs electronically in the system to match physical status and communicating timely information to shop supervisors when required.Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Enter & manage data accurately into our ERP system.
  • Assist with data corrections.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Good computer skills with the capability to navigate Microsoft Windows and applications.
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Basic math and problem-solving skills.
  • Organized and detail orientated.
  • Shows initiative and is reliable.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
Starting wage: $18-20/hour depending on experience*Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license (no bus routes available)*Job Type: Full-timeSalary: From $18.00 per hourBenefits:
