Job Description

IKON Complete Inc. is a Recruitmentamp; Search Firm specializing in identifying,amp; sourcing top performers for our clientele. Our clients include industry leading organizations who partner with us to be an extension of their HRamp; Recruitment function. Position: Shippingamp; Receiving Coordinator.Location: Uxbridge, ON.Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per year.Industry: Manufacturing / Shipping / Warehouse.Employment Term: Full Time/Permanent. Responsibilities:

  • Assembling pallets of materials to be shipped out.
  • Sorting materials on arrival back, and distributing to various areas in shop.
  • Loadingamp; unloading trucks with electric pallet truck or forklift.
  • Processing of Waybills, shipping documents, and international shipment paperwork.
  • Creating PO’s in company’s system.
  • Following up with vendors on status of work.
  • Assisting Shipping Coordinator in processing shipments.
  • Other duties as they arise.
Requirementsamp; Skills:
  • Minimum 3-5 years related shippingamp; receiving experience.
  • Experience with Waybills and shipping documents.
  • Good at Microsoft Office and Windows operation system.
  • Very detail oriented.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Work alone or in a team.
  • Counterbalance forklift experience.
  • Crane experience an asset/will train.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Be able to work in fast paced, pressure environment.
