Master of Metal: Welder, Fabricatoramp; Pipefitter Wanted!Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment, building and repairing the machines that keep construction projects moving Are you a skilled Welder, Fabricator, and Pipefitter with a passion for precision and quality If so, we want YOU on the team!Looking for a talented individual to join a well-established company and play a key role in maintaining and repairing our fleet.We offer an excellent compensation and benefits package, including Health insurance, PTO, and profit sharing.In this role, you #39;ll be responsible for:

  • Fabricate and weld structural components, frames, and assemblies using various welding techniques
  • Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints for accurate fabrication and repair work
  • Collaborating with mechanics and other technicians to diagnose equipment problems and develop solutions
  • Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
To be a great fit, you #39;ll have:
  • Proven experience in welding, fabrication, or pipefitting within the heavy construction equipment industry
  • Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
  • Knowledge of fabrication processes and metalworking techniques
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
