If you enjoy a healthy, active lifestyle, love organic and natural products and appreciate the opportunity to support other people’s health and wellbeing, we want to know more about you.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:We #39;re looking for a Part Time Regular schedule Delivery Driver to join our team.You will be a match for this role if you enjoy working with a small team in the warehouse, fantastic store team members and love being on the road delivering exceptional product to our locations in the Okanagan. You will be joining a team of drivers who share the weekly schedule of deliveries.You #39;ll need to be available two days per week - most likely Tuesdayamp; Thursday on the schedule below:Tuesdayamp; Thursday 5am - 1:30pm There may also be opportunity to cover some Saturday shifts.You are right for the job if you have good communication skills, detail-orientated and enjoy being a part of a collaborative team that gets things done.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:Delivery Driving:

  • Delivery of orders between our warehouse and store locations in a safe and timely manner.
  • Delivering product from our warehouse to our locations using Natures Fare Market’s 5 ton reefer cube van. The driving route includes Vernon, Kelowna, West Kelowna, Penticton and Kamloops with home base being Vernon.
  • Delivery day shifts start at 4:00am
  • Delivery days are Tuesdayamp; Thursday
  • Product delivery via 5ton refrigerated cube van (class 5 license required)
  • Loading and unloading pallets of goods (forklift and pallet jack usage is required)
  • Pre and post trip vehicle inspections
  • Cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the delivery truck
WHAT YOU BRING:
  • Must provide a current, BC class 5 abstractamp; driver #39;s license
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Forklift experience, licensed preferred or ability to obtain
  • Experience driving a 5-ton reefer cube truck and working in a warehouse setting
