  • Address customer concerns by diagnosing and trouble-shooting plumbing-related issues.
  • Craft and deliver solutions that prioritize the customer’s interest and address their needs.
  • Create and drive new sales opportunities with cross-selling.
  • Keep your company service van organized and stocked with up-to-date inventory.
  • Properly complete all paperwork associated with each job you complete.
  • Participate in ongoing training opportunities to continue developing as a professional.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
  • 2+ years of residential plumbing experience diagnosing and solving plumbing issues.
  • Class 5 Driver’s License, clean drivers record and ability to lift 50lbs from time-to-time.
  • Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new systems and technology.
  • Ability to provide an unparalleled, 5-star customer service experience.
  • Organized problem-solver that can handle competing priorities in a dynamic work environment.
  • Self-motivated and growth mindset to deliver great work with integrity without supervision.
  • Reliable and dependable team player that shows up on time and ready to work.
